3. Ownership and Documentation

  • You must provide a valid photo ID and all required ownership documentation (e.g., title, registration).
  • All finance agreements must be settled or disclosed in advance.
  • We reserve the right to verify ownership and lien status before proceeding with any purchase.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is typically made on the same day of sale via your preferred method (e.g., cash, bank transfer, cheque).
  • You will receive a receipt for the transaction.
  • Once the vehicle is sold, ownership is transferred to A1 Car Buyer, and you relinquish all claims to the vehicle.

5. Vehicle Pickup

  • Free vehicle pickup is available in selected locations.
  • We aim to schedule pickups at a time convenient to you.
  • If the vehicle is not in the location agreed upon, the offer may be voided.

6. Liability

  • A1 Car Buyer is not responsible for any issues with the vehicle after the sale is completed.
  • You confirm that the information provided about the vehicle is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Any false information may result in cancellation of the offer or legal action.

7. Website Use
